Another Great Day At Camp!

It was a bit damp today but not raining because it doesn't rain at camp! Lots of things going on today; rafting, canoeing, kayaking, skiing, biking and gorge walking. Campbell, Ruary, Molly and Ellie had a fab time (if a bit wet) in the canoes. Ms Gallagher and James went in for a dip in Loch Morlich-it was unplanned but they were able to laugh about it. At the end everyone else went for a swim anyway including Lewis, Eleanor and Lucas.
Mrs Brown and Liam won the Figure of Eight race in their canoe-good listening skills helped there.

One of the mountain biking teams did really well also - full marks to Ben and Yasmin who kept on plugging away at it and succeeded in completing a challenging course (don't believe it was challenging? - just ask Mr 'I have no muscles left in my thighs' Howie).
At archery, Rachel B did really well and amassed a pretty spectacular score!

Rafting on the Spey in fantastic scenery, lots of wildlife with Salmon leaping. Amy fell in first but most people joined in including Hannah, Ben and Eilidh. Mrs MacKay was hit with a paddle during the game-but no permanent damage done.

Everyone managed to make their own packed lunch after breakfast and we had curry for tea. Yum!
Thomas arrived today-better late than never!

Hi Everyone,

Great to see your blog today. Everyone looks really cheerful if a little damp! We know how you feel because it has been raining all day in Edinburgh today.
Hope you are all cosy and comfy after your active day.
We were especially delighted to see Eleanor's smily face, thanks for that!

Have fun tomorrow and we will look forward to reading your next blogs.

Hi to all,

Lovely to see the pictures and it sounds like you are all having a great time. Special bit hugs to Fiona and I hope the post gets to you before you return home. Have a great time and if you are going to keep getting wet at least it looks like you are doing it in style. By the way kids, try not to jump on poor Mr Howie's legs.

Hi Everyone,

Hope you've had another great day. It's been a bright blue sky here today so I hope the weather has been good with you.

The bad news Ailsa is that because of the postal strike I've not been able to send the bar of Green and Black's Milk Chocolate that I'd bought to send you. Hopefully it'll last until Friday!

Enjoy the rest of your week. We can't wait to hear your stories.

Best wishes,
Katy, John and Ellen
